The pandemic and social awakening of the last couple of years has changed the face of the construction industry. We are swamped with work, stretched for staff, and - if we don’t improve how we work - losing staff to other opportunities. This session will share best practices and tools for adapting our companies and culture to provide greater equity, flexibility, and benefits to attract and keep staff. Time: Doors open at 4:30, and the panel discussion starts at 5 PM. There will be networking before and after the panel discussion with beverages and light food available. The panel discussion will be a hybrid event with virtual and in-person attendance permitted.
