Demonstrated experience and ability in management of retained consultants. Working knowledge of building technologies and engineering systems. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Excellence in written expression and report writing. Working knowledge of computer aided design in general and AutoCAD in particular. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities.
